Helpful stuff, amazing breakfast, stunning location right by St Ives for the 2019 Food and Wine Festival as well as several wonderful restaurants, including the Pizza and Pasta place which serves much more -- all delicious.

The room was spacious and had a comfortable large bed.

The breakfast options were plentiful with coffee, cereals, and fruit to choose from, and the service provided by the staff was outstandingly friendly.

The location of this place is great, being very close to a beautiful modern gallery, and the small double room is bright and has a clean bathroom, with everyone being very helpful, including the host.

The staff here were friendly and the location is perfect for exploring. the breakfast was freshly cooked and you could also order cereals and fruit.

Our room was great! It had everything we needed – a kettle for tea and coffee, a TV with lots of channels, and even a cozy sitting area. Everything was super clean and tidy 😊. Plus, it was only a short 4-6 minute walk away from Saint Ives Theatre, which was perfect.
